What is younglives?
OUR MISSION
YoungLives has never wavered from the original vision to reach teen moms by entering their world, modeling the unconditional love of Christ, and encouraging them to become the women and mothers God created them to be. Through Young Life’s time-tested methods and life-on-life mentoring, teen moms are empowered to make positive choices, set and achieve goals, and live a future rooted in Christ.

We have a job to do.
There are teen moms every community in Arkansas needing support. These young women have made a sacrifice to have a baby at an inconvenient time of life. Let's celebrate these women by advocating for them and empowering them to overcome adversity and live the life Christ has for them.
WE ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION BY
- Praying for young people.
- Going where kids are and building personal relationships with them.
- Earning the right to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
- Providing fun, adventurous, life-changing and skill-building experiences.
- Inviting teen moms to personally respond to the Good News and walking in friendship with them regardless of their response.
- Preparing teen moms for a life-long relationship with Christ and a love for His word, His mission and the local church.
- Working in community alongside like-minded adults (volunteer leaders, committee members, donors and staff).
OUR DREAM
Our dream is to grow to reach teen moms in EVERY school in Central Arkansas.
We are currently serving in one high school in Little Rock.
